Tickets for events at Downstairs at The Dome, London

General Access Info

We currently have access for non-ambulatory persons to Downstairs at the Dome as it is a ground floor premises. This venue does not currently have a disabled welfare facility, which is something that is being assessed for the future. We offer a free ticket for a personal assistant of registered disabled customers that we can safely admit to the premises. In order to access this offer, we will ask for a copy of one of the following: CEA Card, Access Card, Blue Badge, DLA, Attendance Allowance or PIP . We understand that not everyone may have this, so please email us so that we can best discuss and assist your needs. To register for a free personal assistant ticket, please purchase your concert ticket as normal and then email us here. We ask that such tickets are booked at least 7 days in advance of the event you wish to attend, and please note that personal assistant tickets are given away on a first come, first serve basis from within a limited allocation. Once we have been contacted, we will aim to come back to you within 72 hours with further instructions of what to do next, and our staff will be notified of your arrival as agreed.
